Eligibility & Safety
Our personal training and sports therapy services are available to individuals 18 years and older. Anyone can participate in our services, provided it is safe for them to do so.
To ensure your safety and well-being, all clients will be required to complete a questionnaire before beginning any services. This helps us assess your individual needs and determine the best approach for your goals.
If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time and any missed minutes will be forfeited.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full price of the session.

At The AimFit Studio, we are a team of independent personal trainers and sports therapists, each operating under their own policies. As such, payment terms may vary slightly between trainers.
Most of our trainers require monthly payments, and specific arrangements will be discussed directly with your chosen trainer during your consultation.
If you have any questions, we're happy to guide you through the process to find the best fit for your needs.
To ensure effective treatment, you may be asked to adjust or remove certain items of clothing to allow better access to the areas being treated. We recommend bringing shorts and wearing a bra with a back clasp instead of a sports bra, where possible.
Please note that inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our priority is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients.
Sports massage often involves techniques that may cause some discomfort, especially when addressing tight or tense muscles. Depending on the condition of your muscles, your therapist may apply deeper pressure to achieve effective results.
However, your comfort is always the top priority. Your therapist will check in regularly and adjust the pressure based on your feedback—you are always in control of how much pressure is applied.
