All services are for anyone over the age of 18. Anyone can take part in all services providing it is safe for the individual to do so. All services will require some form of questionnaire to fill out to ensure the client is safe to continue. 

If you are late to any appointment you will forfeit the minutes missed. Cancellations for all services are only accepted 24 hours before the period of your appointment, fail to do so and a charge may be applied (full price of the session). Please see terms and conditions for further details.

You do not need much for a personal training session. Essentials should be water, gym clothing, no loose hanging jewellery, medical inhalers and no excuses. You may also want to bring training gloves and a sweat towel. 

Our trainers all have different policies as we are made up of self employed personal trainers and sports therapists within the studio. Most of our trainers you will need to pay monthly.

During a sports massage you may be asked to remove or move items of clothing to allow better access for massage. Shorts are handy to bring and a bra with a clasp rather than a sports bra. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. 

A sports massage uses techniques that may cause a little discomfort. The therapist may use deeper techniques depending on the conditions of the muscles. The therapist will always monitor your comfort threshold so you can be in control of the pressure received.
